InBound Sales Reps
The call center located in Morrisville, NC is rated #1 in sales within the Time Warner Cable Company.
It is a cubicle environment with computers and phone headsets. We take in-bound calls, from current or potential customers, for all TWC products (Cable Television, High Speed Internet, Wireless, & Digital Phone)
at a rapid pace, and our goal is to turn every call into a SALE.
If you are an aggressive sales person, with experience working in a
commissioned environment, then we want to hear from you!
This is a full time position, working 40 hours a week. We run a 7 day a week sales operation.
All applicants MUST be flexible to work between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. (sales center operating hours).
The first 6 weeks of the job are dedicated to (paid)Training, in which the schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM.
Towards the end of the 6 week training, all new hires will be assigned to a 5 day work schedule - this may include weekends,
with 2 consecutive days off during the week. Shifts/days off for this position will be assigned during your
training period; therefore, a flexible schedule is absolutely required, since we are
unable to guarantee your schedule at this time.
This position pays $11/hr, plus commission. (First year reps can expect to make between
45-55k, if they are meeting their goals.
The commission is not capped, so you will have potential to make $75k - $100k)
