| Our client, a leading manufacturer & supplier of nonwoven fabrics located in North Carolina has an immediate need for a R & D Manager. |
Duties: |
Will have broad R & D responsibility for each of four international locations: China, Israel, Russia and North Carolina.
Must coordinate with Quality Managers and Process Managers at each site location.
Must be able to communicate in corporate meetings – business topics related to respective fields.
Position will require frequent travel to the different site locations.

Qualifications: |
Must have 8 – 10 years experience in the R & D field.
Must have experience with Reifenhauser equipment.
Must have experience in nonwoven fabrics and Ph.D or Masters degree. Will consider BS Degree with extensive experience in nonwoven industry.
Experience with nonwoven, extrusion process and Spunbond.
Strong communication skills.
