| VP OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
IMMEDIATE OPENING! Our client is an industry leader with corporate headquarters in central NC. Reporting to the President, the VP of Product Management will lead product management for the division including: development, positioning, pricing, messaging, expected ROI and P&L. This position is responsible for developing / refining the company's overall product strategy while leading product innovation, product development and product management. The VP will drive delivery of innovative solutions while working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, customer service and sales.

Qualifications: |
| Bachelor's degree required. MBA or equivalent experience required.
10+ years related product development / management experience required. Experience attracting and developing top talent and a track record of delivering innovative, profitable products with a customer focus.
Exceptionally strong communication and writing skills. Self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion. Proven success at working cross-functionally. Experience delivering world-class customer experience.
